Saving images from the app

If you are no longer able to save images to your device from the We Heart It app, you may have accidentally denied the app access to your photos. Please try the following:

From the home screen of your iPod / iPhone / iPod Touch
  1. Go to Settings
  2. Go to Privacy
  3. Choose Photos
  4. Select We Heart It
  5. Switch it to ‘ON’

Next try going back to the app and try saving again. If it still doesn't work after that, please contact us and we'll help solve the problem.
