On the sidebar of your heart page you can see three numbers:
1. The total numbers of images you've hearted so far.
2. The number of people you are following.
3. The number of people that follow you (your followers).
Clicking on the corresponding number will show you the complete list of people you follow or that follow you. From this pages you can also follow/unfollow users.
